Amy Kendall, MSN, RN, CPPS

Amy Kendall, MSN, RN, CPPS, serves as Chief Executive Officer of Pinellas County Rehabilitation Hospital in Pinellas Park, Florida. With more than two decades of progressive healthcare leadership experience, Amy brings deep expertise in hospital operations, clinical excellence, and strategic growth.

Prior to joining Pinellas County Rehabilitation Hospital, Amy held several executive leadership roles across the Tampa Bay region, including Market Chief Nursing Executive, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Executive Officer. In these roles, she led multi-hospital operations and large clinical teams, driving significant improvements in quality outcomes, workforce stability, patient experience, and operational performance.

Amy holds a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership and Management and is a Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS) and Six Sigma Green Belt. She is committed to advancing patient-centered rehabilitation care and building strong partnerships that improve health outcomes across the communities the hospital serves.
