She has extensive experience in hospital operations, acute rehabilitation, critical care, perioperative services, and program development. With more than 25 years in nursing leadership, Deanne has focused on quality outcomes, patient-centered care, and workforce engagement, advancing operational excellence and top-quartile patient satisfaction.

Deanne has a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, improving quality metrics, reducing turnover, and supporting sustainable organizational growth across diverse healthcare settings. She has successfully led regulatory readiness initiatives, implemented quality-focused process improvements, and developed innovative clinical programs that enhance both patient outcomes and staff performance. In previous roles, she led an IRF startup and served as Director of Nursing and Clinical Services overseeing multiple units and clinical departments.
