Dianna Grimm, PT, DPT, serves as Director of Patient Outcomes at Pinellas County Rehabilitation Hospital, where she leads initiatives focused on improving clinical outcomes, care coordination, and the patient experience. She works closely with interdisciplinary teams to support high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation care.
With nearly a decade of experience in rehabilitation healthcare, Dianna specializes in quality improvement, discharge planning, Medicare compliance, regulatory oversight, and clinical operations. She has held progressive leadership roles in both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, using data-driven strategies to enhance patient outcomes, strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration, and improve operational performance.
Dianna earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Marymount University and is committed to advancing excellence in inpatient medical rehabilitation through continuous quality improvement and patient-centered care.
